Maid to Shine is hiring detail-loving house cleaners to join our growing team serving the Portland area. This isn’t your typical cleaning job. You’ll work in beautiful homes, use all-natural products that smell amazing, and be part of a positive, supportive team that truly values the people doing the work.

Flexible schedule, you choose your days. Mostly daytime hours between 8:30/9am and 4pm, at least 3 weekdays per week with weekends available if desired. You’ll be working for appreciative families in high-end homes, supported by a team that genuinely cares. We provide training, and we use our own signature line of Pure, Eco-Friendly, Non-Toxic cleaning products called Nurturals.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, love transforming spaces, and pay very close attention to detail. The expectation for quality in our clients’ homes is high, and so is the reward for doing it well.

Qualifications:

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude! The person with the right Can do, team player Attitude is #1 to us!
• Must have your own RELIABLE, clean car with valid drivers license and insurance.
• Must be able to pass a back groundcheck and drug test
• Must be 18 or older
• No physical limitations that would prevent you from finishing any of the jobs
• Be able to attend all jobs on time
• Neat & Clean Appearance
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Cleaning experience is preferred but we will train the right person
• Ability to work well independently without much supervision
• Non Smoker
